After descending back to Earth with Rayquaza, a final cutscene will show the current whereabouts of everyone involved in the Delta Episode.
It concludes with you and your rival spending the day together at Mossdeep Space Center using the tickets Norman gave you.
When you’re finally able to move again, head downstairs and talk to Norman to get the S.S. Ticket Key Item>. You can use this ticket to board the S.S. Tidal (in either Slateport Harbor or Lilycove Harbor) and travel to the Battle Resort.
Before leaving the house, speak with your Mom to obtain the Latiasite if you’re playing Omega Ruby, or Latiosite if you’re playing Alpha Sapphire.
This will enable you to Mega Evolve Latias or Latios, respectively.
One final event can play out soon after the Delta Episode’s ending.
The Unova Starters
When you leave your house in Littleroot Town, Professor Birch will call you and say he’s under attack, this time by a Machoke.
He’ll ask for your help one more time and offer you a Pokémon from his bag – letting you choose from the Unova starters.
