Step 1: Start by entering Mauville City through its south entrance.
Step 2: Once inside Mauville City, proceed north to exit through some double doors and reach the central plaza.
Step 3: From the central plaza you should see the PokéMart just up ahead, located to the right of the Pokémon Center.
Step 4: Upon entering the PokéMart, speak to the top clerk near the back wall to purchase TM98 Power-Up Punch.
