TM95 Snarl can be found within a specific Mirage Cave located in the seas roughly northwest of Mt. Chimney. You can explore these types of Mirage Spots after unlocking the ability to soar with the Eon Flute.
And to reach the exact location of the Snarl TM you’ll need both the Mach Bike and Acro Bike, which can be obtained together after the Delta Episode.
Prerequisites
- Complete the Delta Episode in the post-game
- Get both the Mach Bike and the Acro Bike
Location
When you’re good to go, check to see if the exact Mirage Island marked in the image below is available. If it is, use the Eon Flute to travel there. If it’s not, you can adjust your 3DS or emulator’s time until it appears.
Step 1: Upon arriving at the island, ride your Acro Bike northward.
Step 2: Shortly after riding north you’ll reach the cave entrance; go inside.
Step 3: Inside Mirage Cave, head up a bit and then turn west towards the wooden stumps on the left-hand side.
Step 4: Then while on your Acro Bike, hold the B button for more than two seconds to perform a bunny hop.
You can then use the D-Pad/Control Pad to climb down the wooden stumps while bunny hopping.
Step 5: After bunny hopping, bike west down the stairs and go through the cave exit at the end of the path.
Step 6: Once you’re outside, follow the narrow trail going east and enter the other cave entrance on the eastern side of this path.
Step 7: Back inside the cave, switch to the Mach Bike and ride north.
Step 8: At the end of the path you’ll need to use your Mach Bike’s momentum to ride up the muddy slope on the left-hand side of the wall.
Ride up the slope until you reach the top, and that’s where you’ll find TM95 Snarl on the ground.
