TM88 Sleep Talk

Description While it is asleep, the user randomly uses one of the moves it knows.

You can get TM88 Sleep Talk by talking to an NPC in his house on the east side of Lilycove City. When you speak to him for the first time, he will give you TM44 Rest. He will only give you TM88 when you talk to him again afterwards.

Location

Step 1: Head east beyond the Lilycove City’s Pokémon Center.

Step 2: Before you climb up the staircase, be prepared to battle your Rival (if it’s your first time here).

Step 3: After you win the battle, climb up the staircase.

Step 4: At the top of the staircase, follow the path heading east.

Step 5: Jump down two ledges (only two). You should see a house with a blue roof.

Step 6: Enter the house with the blue roof on the right.

Step 7: Talk to the bald man on the right two times and he’ll give you TM88 Sleep Talk.

When you speak to him for the first time, he will give you TM44 Rest. After that’s over you’ll need to initiate a second conversation with him to get TM88.
