You can find TM32 Double Team near a ledge on Route 113, which is the dust-covered route connecting Route 111 on the right and Fallarbor Town on the left.
Location
Head to Route 113’s east entrance, which is right next to Route 111. Then here’s the steps to follow for the Double Team TM:
Step 1: Start by following the path on the left.
Step 2: Head up the stairs and continue to head left.
Step 3: The TM should be visible from here, but you need to go around the ledge to get it.
Step 4: So keep moving left until you see a set of stairs leading up to the ledge. Climb up the stairs and pick up TM32 Double Team.
