You can obtain TM04 Calm Mind by defeating twin Gym Leaders Liza and Tate. Liza and Tate are the seventh Gym Leaders in Hoenn, located in Mossdeep City.
Prerequisites
- Obtain the sixth Gym Badge from Winona, Fortree City’s Gym Leader
- Defeat Team Aqua/Magma’s Admins in their hideout near Lilycove City
Location
If you haven’t been to the Mossdeep City Gym yet, here’s how to get there:
Step 1: Start at Lilycove City’s shore on the right side.
Step 2: Continue surfing east past Route 124.
Step 3: When you reach the island, disembark and head up the stairs.
Step 4: Head northeast, and you’ll eventually reach the Gym.
