You will find Kyurem in the Gnarled Den, which is a Mirage Spot east of Fallarbor Town.

Start by flying to Fallarbor Town and then follow the steps below to reach the Gnarled Den.

Step 1: In Fallarbor, use the Eon Flute to soar above the town. Then while soaring, remain in place and rotate your character clockwise.

Step 2: You will find the Gnarled Den a short distance away from Jagged Pass. Press “A” to land.

Step 3: After landing, walk a short distance forward and enter the den.

Step 4: Inside the den, walk all the way to the end of the cave.

Step 5: You will find a portal at the end of the cave. Press “A” on the portal and select “Yes” to battle Kyurem.

Note: If you fail to catch a legendary Pokémon on the first try then you can make them respawn by re-defeating the Elite Four.
