You will find Cresselia at Crescent Isle, a daily Mirage Spot south of Ever Grande City.

Note: Crescent Isle, like all other daily Mirage Spots, will appear at random. Daily Mirage Spots reset every 24 hours so if Crescent Isle doesn’t appear, you will have to wait for the next day, or manually change your device’s clock.

Step 1: Start by flying to Ever Grande City. Then once you’re in Ever Grande City, use the Eon Flute to begin soaring.

While soaring, remain in place and turn all the way to the south.

Step 2: Once you are done turning south, you will find Crescent Isle. Press “A” to land.

Step 3: After landing, follow the dirt trail heading northwest.

Step 4: Just before the end of the trail you will find a portal. Press “A” on the portal in order to interact with it, then choose “Yes” to fight Cresselia.

Note: If you don’t catch a legendary on the first try it’s no problem, as legendary Pokémon will respawn after you re-defeat the Elite Four.
