The Pokémon League is an area in Hoenn where you’ll battle the Elite Four. The League is located at the end of Victory Road.
It consists of the Elite Four and the Champion, who must be defeated in succession to enter the Hall of Fame.
The Elite Four members are Sidney (Dark-type), Phoebe (Ghost-type), Glacia (Ice-type), and Drake (Dragon-type). After defeating them, you’ll have to face the Champion Steven.

Points of Interest
In the Pokemon League’s lobby, you can heal your team by talking to the Pokémon Center nurse on the left. You can also stock up on items from the Poké Mart clerk on the right.
If you want to challenge the Pokemon League, proceed through the central gate doors between the two Ace Trainers.
