Fallarbor Town is a small town located between Route 113 and Route 114 in northwestern Hoenn. Professor Cozmo’s house is located here, as well as the Move Reminder, a useful NPC for finalizing your Pokémon’s moveset.
This town serves as a checkpoint on your way to Meteor Falls.

In the north-western part of the town is the Move Maniac or the Move Reminder.
He’ll teach your Pokémon any forgotten moves from their learnset at the cost of one Heart Scale per move.
