Route 105 is a water route located in southwestern Hoenn, connecting Route 104 to Route 106.

Notably, this route features the Island Cave, where the legendary Pokémon Regice and Regigigas can be found.

The Island Cave is a small island where Regice resides in the innermost chamber. The cave entrance remains closed until the Sealed Chamber’s puzzle is solved.

Once you’ve caught Regice, Regirock, and Registeel, and once certain conditions are met, you’ll also be able to encounter Regigigas inside the Island Cave.
