Route 103 is split into two sides, with the western side being accessible first.

The west side of Route 103 exclusively features multiple patches of tall grass with wild Pokémon, while the east side has Trainers and items. There’s also a cuttable prickly tree on the eastern side that leads to a hidden area with berries.
