Trackless Forest is a Mirage Spot located southeast of Rustboro City and south of Route 116. However, the Trackless Forest will only appear if you have either Ho-Oh or Lugia in your team.
This Mirage Spot has an interactable portal on the northwest side where you can battle Entei, Raikou, or Suicune, depending on the time of the day.
