Team Magma Hideout

The Team Magma Hideout is a secret base in Pokémon Omega Ruby (while Alpha Sapphire has its Team Aqua Hideout). This is located in the northeast part of Lilycove City.

You’ll have to visit the hideout twice: first during the main story to find Captain Stern’s stolen submarine, and then during the Delta Episode to find Zinnia in Magma Leader Maxie’s quarters.

Each time you visit you will have to navigate through the hideout, which is filled with warp tiles, puzzles, and team grunts guarding their base.
