Team Aqua Hideout

The Team Aqua Hideout is a secret base in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, located in the northeast part of Lilycove City. It is a version-exclusive area similar to Omega Ruby’s Team Magma Hideout.

You’ll have to visit the hideout twice: first during the main story to find Captain Stern’s stolen submarine, and then again during the Delta Episode in the post-game to find Zinnia in Aqua Leader Archie’s quarters.

Each time you visit you will have to navigate through the hideout, which is filled with warp tiles, puzzles, and numerous grunts guarding their base.
