Petalburg Woods is a forest located in the middle of Route 104. The northeast section of the forest also features a Moss Rock, allowing Eevee to evolve into Leafeon. On your initial visit through the forest, you’ll need to help out a Devon Researcher who is attacked by a Team Magma or Aqua Grunt.

Moss Rock
The Moss Rock is located in the northeast corner of the forest by using HM01 Cut on a prickly tree near the northern exit.
This rock allows Eevee to evolve into Leafeon when it’s leveled up nearby.
