Mt. Chimney is a large volcano located on Route 112. Initially it’s only accessible by cable car from Route 112.
During the main story you’ll have to defeat Team Aqua/Magma again and battle their leader for the first time. From the mountaintop, a path south leads down to Jagged Pass and Lavaridge Town.

Cable Car Station
The Cable Car Station on the southwest side of Mt. Chimney is accessible by using the Cable Car station on Route 112.
You can also speak to the attendant inside to take the cable car back down to Route 112.
Lava Cookie Shop
After you’ve dealt with Team Aqua/Magma in Mt. Chimney, an elderly woman will appear by the Cable Car Station to sell Lava Cookies for 200 Pokedollars each. Lava Cookies are affordable alternatives to Full Heals.
