Stardust is a valuable item that sells for 1,000 Pokedollars each. While they can occasionally be found in various locations around Hoenn, there isn’t a great easy consistent method for obtaining them.

This page will detail all of the ways you can obtain Stardust in OR/AS.

Location #1 – Meteor Falls

Prerequisites
HM03 Surf HM05 Waterfall

Step 1: Fly back to Meteor Falls and immediately head west.

Step 2: Proceed down the stairs and use Surf on the body of water near the waterfalls.

Step 3: Then use HM05 Waterfall to ascend the large waterfall.

Step 4: Surf toward the right side of the water near the waterfall’s cliffside.

Disembark onto the small patch of land and use your Dowsing Machine to find the hidden Stardust in the corner.

Location #2 – Route 106

Step 1: Head to Route 106 and start by heading west past the wooden sign.

Step 2: Then use your Dowsing Machine to find the hidden Stardust on the rock just north of where the Backpacker is standing.

Location #3 – Route 111 – Desert (Stardust #1)

Step 1: Fly to Route 111 and head northeast past the Backpacker.

Step 2: Turn right to enter the desert area, then head slightly northeast toward the visible rocks ahead.

Step 3: Near the left-hand side wall you’ll find the first Stardust in the area.

Location #4 – Route 111 – Desert (Stardust #2)

Prerequisites
Go-Goggles Key Item

Step 1: Fly to Route 111 and head into the desert again.

Step 2: Turn right and enter the desert area to the east.

Step 3: Follow the path heading south, keeping close to the wall on your left.

Step 4: Continue heading south until you spot a Picnicker pacing back and forth. From her location, turn right.

Step 5: Soon you’ll come across a small sandpit near Ruin Maniac Dusty. Use your Dowsing Machine here to locate the hidden Stardust.

Location #5 – Route 118

Step 1: Start by heading inside Mauville City’s interior through the entrance on the right.

Step 2: From here, continue east until you reach the city’s exit to Route 118.

Step 3: When you reach Route 118 just keep going east until you reach the beach.

Step 4: Once you’re on the route’s western beach, head uppast the fisherman to find the Stardust.

Location #6 – Route 126 (Underwater)

Prerequisites
HM03 Surf HM07 Dive

Step 1: Fly back to Route 126 and surf south along the area situated to the east of the crater.

Step 2: Surf along the diving spot, then turn the corner and continue west, still following the Dive spot’s path.

Step 3: Continue west until you see a Swimmer on the southwestern side of the crater. Dive underwater near his location.

Step 4: Underwater, head north to the closest seaweed patch. In one of the bare seafloor tiles you’ll find the hidden Stardust.

Location #7 – Crescent Isle

Prerequisites
Eon Flute

Step 1: Use your Eon Flute to soar over Hoenn.

Then head south of Ever Grande City to check if Crescent Isle is currently active. If it is, land there. If not, you can either wait for it to spawn, or adjust the time settings on your 3DS or emulator until it appears.

Step 2: Once you land on Crescent Isle, follow the dirt path leading north toward the northern part of the island.

Step 3: At the northeastern end of the island, you’ll find the Stardust.
