PP Maxes are valuable items that permanently increase a move’s maximum PP (Power Points) by 60%. While these items can be found throughout Hoenn, PP Maxes are a lot rarer than PP Ups, and there also isn’t a consistent or reliable way to farm them.

This page offers a complete list of all the locations where you can find or obtain PP Maxes in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.
