Nuggets are valuable items that sell for 5,000 Pokedollars each. The most consistent way to farm them is by participating in the Village Sub Combo at the Mauville Food Court, where you can obtain a Nugget daily.

Non-Repeatable Methods
Location #1 – Mauville City
Step 1: From Mauville City’s Pokémon Center, head west and return to the city’s interior.
Step 2: Once you’re inside the city proceed south and look for a staircase located on the southwestern side of the hallway.
Step 3: Upon reaching the second floor, go up another set of stairs to reach the top floor.
Step 4: On the top floor of Mauville City head east and walk along the paved path.
Step 5: Soon a man will stop you. He’ll talk to you briefly and give you a free Nugget.
Location #2 – Fallarbor Town
Step 1: From Fallarbor Town’s Pokémon Center, head west along the dirt path.
Step 2: After passing Professor Cozmo’s house, look for a crater just to the south. Inside this crater you’ll find a hidden Nugget.
Location #3 – Scorched Slab

Step 1: Fly to Route 120 and head west along the dirt path.
Step 2: Near the westernmost part of the long grass, move south through it and descend the stairs to reach the lake.
Step 3: Use Surf on the water and navigate under the bridge. Then locate the cave entrance to Scorched Slab.
Step 4: Inside Scorched Slab, disembark on the north side of the floor and descend the nearby staircase.
Step 5: If you have a Pokémon with TM70 Flash, use it to illuminate the floor.
Then navigate towards the southeast corner, either by walking around or surfing across the body of water.
Step 6: In the southeast corner go down the staircase to the lower floor.
Step 7: On the lowest floor, head down the nearby southeast staircase.
Then use your Dowsing Machine to locate the hidden Nugget in the corner between the rocks on the east side.
Location #4 – Safari Zone

Step 1: Head to the Safari Zone and go through the entrance building’s left door.
Step 2: Use your Mach Bike and immediately turn left.
Step 3: Ride up the muddy slope with your Mach Bike, then head west.
Step 4: Then go down the muddy slope you’ll see on the left-hand side.
Step 5: After going down the slope, continue northeast along the path.
Step 6: Then follow the path on the left, still going north.
Step 7: Eventually you’ll reach an area with a pond.
In the northwest corner of a grass patch you’ll find a Nugget.
Location #5 – Sea Mauville

This tutorial assumes that you’ve already acquired the Storage Key for Sea Mauville. If you haven’t, then please follow this tutorial first.
Once you have the Storage Key then you can head to the Storage Room outside the ship (refer to the tutorial linked above for exact directions).
When you unlock the room with the Storage Key, a brief cutscene will play. Afterward you can collect various items here, including 4 Nuggets.

Location #6 (Omega Ruby) – Team Magma Hideout (First Nugget)

Step 1: Proceed directly through the main entrance of the Team Magma Hideout.
Step 2: Once you’ve entered the first room, head up the staircase and use the warp tile immediately to your right.
Step 3: In this small room you can pick up a Nugget directly in front of you.
Location #7 (Omega Ruby) – Team Magma Hideout (Second Nugget)

Step 1: Proceed directly through the main entrance of the Team Magma Hideout.
Step 2: Once you’ve entered the first room, use the warp tile in the room’s northwest corner.
Step 3: In this room proceed to the stairs located on the room’s right side.
Step 4: After heading down the stairs, navigate to the room’s right side and step onto the warp tile at the end of the hallway.
Step 5: In the next room, head west and use the warp tile in the room’s northwest corner.
Step 6: Then take the next warp tile south of you.
Step 7: In this room, begin by stepping on the warp tile on the right.
Step 8: Then from your new location, use the middle warp tile.
Step 9: From your current position on the middle warp tile, proceed to the warp tile that’s farthest on the right.
Step 10: Finally, go down and move all the way to the rightmost warp tile to reach Maxie’s room.
Step 11: Upon entering Maxie’s room, make your way to the room’s northwest corner.
Step 12: In the corner you can pick up the Nugget tucked in the bottom-right among the four Poké Balls. Be careful when picking up the items, as two Poké Balls here are actually Electrodes.
Location #8 (Alpha Sapphire) – Team Aqua Hideout (First Nugget)

Step 2: Once you’ve entered the first room, head up the staircase and use the warp tile immediately to your left.
Step 3: In this room just pick up the Nugget on the ground.
Location #9 (Alpha Sapphire) – Team Aqua Hideout (Second Nugget)

Step 1: Proceed directly through the main entrance of the Team Aqua Hideout.
Step 2: Once you’ve entered the first room, make use of the warp tile in the room’s northeast corner.
Step 3: In this room proceed to the stairs on the room’s left side.
Step 4: After heading down the stairs, navigate to the room’s left side and step onto the warp tile at the end of the hallway.
Step 5: In the next room, head east and use the warp tile in the room’s northeast corner.
Step 6: Then take the next warp tile south of your position.
Step 7: In this next room, step on the warp tile on the left.
Step 8: Then from your new position, use the middle warp tile.
Step 9: From your current position on the middle warp tile, proceed to the warp tile that’s farthest on the left.
Step 10: And finally go around to the left-most warp tile to reach Archie’s room.
Step 11: Upon entering Archie’s room, make your way to the room’s northeast corner.
Step 12: In the corner you can pick up the Nugget tucked among the four Poké Balls. Note that two Poké Balls are actually Electrodes.
Location #10 – Route 112
Step 1: From Lavaridge Town’s Pokémon Center, take the eastern exit to reach Route 112.
Step 2: At the intersection on Route 112, continue east past the end of the dirt path.
Step 3: Then go down two ledges. On the south side of the ledge before the Kindler you’ll find a Nugget.
Location #11 – Route 113
Step 1: From Fallarbor Town’s Pokémon Center, head east to Route 113.
Step 2: On Route 113, continue east until you reach the area covered with ash.
Step 3: You’ll find a hidden Nugget beneath the soot pile directly south of the Glass Workshop.
Location #12 – Route 120
Step 1: Fly to Route 120 and head south through the long grass.
Step 2: After emerging from the grass, cross the nearby bridge heading west.
Step 3: After crossing the bridge, continue south to reach the route’s rainy puddle-filled area.
Step 4: Walk southeast past the trainers to find the area with a long grass maze.
Step 5: From the maze’s entrance, head southwest to find a Nugget in the corner on the ground just before a ledge.
Location #13 – Route 121
Step 1: Fly back to Lilycove City and exit through the west side to reach Route 121.
Step 2: On Route 121, enter the fenced area and go into the long grass.
Step 3: After emerging from the long grass, head north. Use HM01 Cut on the prickly tree near where a Pokéfan is standing.
Step 4: In the area behind the tree, use your Dowsing Machine to locate a hidden Nugget in the southwest corner.
