Moomoo Milk is a healing item that restores 100 HP to a single Pokémon. Although stronger healing items exist, its low cost makes it a highly efficient option for healing your party outside battles. You can easily stock up on Moomoo Milk by purchasing it in bulk from the vendor in Lavaridge Town.

This page details all the locations where you can obtain Moomoo Milk in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.
