Max Ethers are items that fully restore the PP of a single move. While there isn’t an easy way to farm them, you’re likely to find some while breaking rocks throughout Hoenn using Rock Smash.
This page details every way to obtain a Max Ether in Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.
Non-Repeatable Methods
Location #1 – Rusturf Tunnel
Step 1: From Verdanturf Town’s Pokémon Center, head to the northwest part of town and go through Rusturf Tunnel’s entrance.

Step 2: Inside the cave, go north and climb the short staircase past the Hiker.

Step 3: Continue heading north until you spot a Max Ether near a breakable rock. Walk around the rock to pick it up.

Location #2 – Mt. Pyre (Exterior)
Step 1: Fly to Mt. Pyre and ascend the structure inside, and you’ll eventually reach its exterior.

Step 2: Head into the tall grass and follow the eastward path.

Step 3: Climb two sets of stairs and continue on the westward path.

Step 4: At the end of the path, ascend another set of stairs to continue climbing Mt. Pyre.

Step 5: Follow the indicated path below to reach where the Max Ether is located.

Step 6: Pick up the hidden Max Ether on the isolated gravestone by the cliffside.

Location #3 – Jagged Pass
Step 1: From the top of Jagged Pass, descend the ledges and go down the central staircase.

Step 2: At the bottom of the stairs, you’ll encounter two muddy slopes. Slide down the slope on the right and continue descending the ledges.

Step 3: After sliding down another slope, head southeast toward the tall grass.
Then go down the ledges directly south of the grass.

Step 4: Pass by the Camper, then descend one more ledge directly south of him to find the Max Ether just before the next muddy slope.
