Elixirs

Elixirs are items that restore 10 PP to all of a Pokémon’s moves. The most reliable way to farm Elixirs is by defeating Rotation Girl Circie in Mauville City, as it’s a guaranteed reward. But you can only obtain one daily with this method.

Below we will detail every Elixir location in Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.

Non-Repeatable Methods

Location #1 – Route 110

Step 1: Fly to Slateport City and enter Route 110 through its southern entrance.

Step 2: Follow the dirt path north until you find a gap in the rails on the right. Then use Surf to go under the Cycling Road.

Step 3: Continue surfing east until you reach the rocks at the easternmost section of the route.

Step 4: Then head to the southeast corner where there’s a small patch of land. Disembark there and pick up the Elixir.

Location #2 – Route 119

Step 1: Fly to Route 119 and follow the southern path, descending the nearby staircase.

Step 2: At the bottom of the stairs, head west to another set of stairs. Descend them and cross the wooden bridge back toward the Weather Institute.

Step 3: After crossing the bridge, head south toward the long grass near the Weather Institute.

Step 4: Emerge from the long grass and turn right, moving east past the Bird Keeper.

Step 5: Head down two sets of stairs, and at the foot of the second staircase, immediately turn right and go into the narrow path heading east.

Step 6: In the southeast corner of the area, pick up the Elixir near Ninja Boy Takashi.

Location #3 – Route 123

Step 1: Fly to Mt. Pyre and head southeast toward the nearby pier.

Step 2: On Route 123, follow the path heading west.

Step 3: Use HM01 Cut on the nearby prickly tree, then follow the narrow path west.

Step 4: Cut down another prickly tree on your left and continue along the same narrow path.

Step 5: Then head down the ledge going west past the berry trees.

Step 6: When you reach the area where a Street Thug is walking around, go down the nearest ledge heading south towards an item. Then pick up the Elixir between the ledges.

Location #4 – Victory Road

Step 1: Return to Victory Road and once you’re inside, use Surf and head north on the body of water to reach the next room.

Step 2: When you’ve reached the next room, disembark at the water’s edge and proceed north.

Step 3: If you haven’t done so already, use Strength to push the boulder into the hole and clear the path.

Step 4: After moving the boulder, go north up a small flight of stairs. Then turn west until you reach an Ace Trainer (ignoring the 2nd set of stairs).

Step 5: Go north down the passageway, then turn right and climb up the nearest staircase.

Step 6: Cross the bridge to the west after climbing the stairs, and then descend the ladder.

Step 7: If you have a Pokémon with TM70 Flash, you can use it to light up this part of the cave.

Then you’ll need to use Strength to head a few paces down from the ladder & push the boulder on the left into the corner.

Step 8: After pushing the first boulder, you’ll need to push the other boulder one space to the right.

Step 9: After pushing both boulders, continue along the path going south.

Eventually it will wrap around to the northeast side of the floor.

Step 10: You’ll soon find a ladder leading back up to the first floor, so take this ladder once you reach it (it’s located near an Expert NPC).

Step 11: Back on the first floor, proceed north past the Ace Trainer. Just before reaching the wooden bridge, use your Dowsing Machine to find the hidden Elixir near the small rock.
