You can obtain Gallade’s Mega Stone (Galladite) by talking to Professor Cozmo in his house in Fallarbor Town. You’ll find his house located southwest of the town’s Pokémon Center.
However, he will only give you the Mega Stone after you have completed the Delta Episode in the post-game.
Location
After the Delta Episode, fly back to Fallarbor Town.
Step 1: Begin by heading southwest from the Fallarbor Town Pokémon Center.
Step 2: After passing the town sign, enter the house located immediately to the left of the sign. You should see an NPC dressed in brown standing next to this house as well.
Step 3: Inside the house, talk to Professor Cozmo and he’ll give you the Galladite.
