The only way to obtain a Zoom Lens in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire is by visiting the Battle Maison’s Exchange Service Corner. You can purchase multiple Zoom Lenses here for 48 Battle Points (BP) each.
The Battle Maison facility is situated at the Battle Resort, an island which only becomes accessible after completing the Delta Episode.
Uses
The Zoom Lens is a held item that boosts the holder’s accuracy by 20% if the holder acts after its opponent in battle.
Pokémon with inherently low Speed stats make excellent holders of the Zoom Lens, particularly if they have high base power moves with less than perfect accuracy. However, they can also just run Wide Lens instead. The Wide Lens provides a slightly lower accuracy boost of just 10%, but it doesn’t require going last in a turn.
