There are three different ways to obtain a White Herb in Pokémon ORAS.

The first method involves visiting Route 104. You can obtain a free White Herb by talking to a Schoolgirl outside the Flower Shop.

The second method involves exploring Sea Mauville just north of Route 108. You can find the White Herb on the right side of the ship’s interior.

Lastly, you can obtain unlimited White Herbs by visiting the Battle Maison’s Exchange Service Corner. Here you can trade 32 Battle Points (BP) for each White Herb.

Method 1: Route 104 Schoolgirl

At the northern part of Route 104, a Schoolgirl NPC outside the route’s Flower Shop has a White Herb that she’ll give to you. To get to the Schoolgirl’s location, start by heading to Petalburg City’s Pokémon Center:

Step 1: Exit Petalburg City by following the path heading west.

If you’re ready, start by flying to Sea Mauville’s entrance:

Method 3: Battle Maison’s BP Shop

The Battle Maison operates similarly to the Battle Tower from previous generations.

On the second floor you’ll find one of the Exchange Service Corner’s attendants. If you’ve got at least 32 BP then you can purchase the White Herb from her.

Uses

The White Herb is a consumable held item that restores a Pokémon’s lowered stat stages to normal when they have been reduced by a move or an ability.

This item can be used to restore stats reduced from moves such as Leaf Storm or Draco Meteor, which lower Special Attack by two stages – and it can be used to counter abilities like Intimidate, which lowers Attack by one stage.
