The Twisted Spoon is a held item that boosts the power of its holder’s Psychic-type moves. You can only find Twisted Spoons as held items on wild Abra. Each one has a 5% chance of carrying this item with each encounter.
Wild Abra can be found in Granite Cave on Route 106. You can get there through Dewford Town.
Location
You can only find wild Abra in Granite Cave in Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.
The cave is located on the western corner of Route 106.
In Granite Cave, there is a 15% chance that you’ll encounter a wild Abra on the ground floor. But in the basement floors there is a 20% chance to encounter wild Abra.
Fly to Dewford Town. Then from the Pokémon Center, head north towards Route 106. Then continue west and you’ll find the entrance to the Granite Cave here (pictured below).
When you encounter a wild Abra, there is a 5% chance it is holding a Twisted Spoon.
To efficiently farm this item you need a Pokémon that knows the stealing move Thief. With each Abra you encounter, you can immediately steal the Twisted Spoon from it if it’s carrying one.

Uses
When held by a Pokémon, the Twisted Spoon raises the power of its holder’s Psychic-type moves by 20%.
Pokémon like Mr. Mime and Alakazam will benefit the most from this item, especially when the 20% power boost is combined with STAB.
So if you can farm wild Abra in the early game when you first reach Dewford, this can be a powerful held item to acquire & stick with during a good portion of your playthrough.
