Power Herb
# Method Repeatable?
1 Battle Maison’s Exchange Service Corner – 32 BP Yes
2 (OR) Held item (5% chance) from wild Seedot or Nuzleaf found on Route 102 and Route 114 Yes

There are two different ways to obtain Power Herbs:

In the post-game you can head over to the Battle Maison’s Exchange Service Corner and trade 32 Battle Points (BP) for a Power Herb. This can be repeated as many times as you want.

Or you can steal Power Herbs as held items from wild Seedot or Nuzleaf, which are Omega Ruby exclusives. Seedot can be found on Route 102, while Nuzleaf can be found on Route 114. Both Seedot and Nuzleaf only have a 5% chance of holding a Power Herb, but you can use your DexNav to improve your odds. This method is a bit more tedious, but it is free and available before the post-game.

Method 1: Battle Maison’s BP Shop

The Battle Maison operates similarly to the Battle Tower from previous generations.

On the second floor, you’ll find one of the Exchange Service Corner’s attendants. If you’ve got at least 32 BP then you can purchase the Power Herb from the right attendant.

Method 2: Stealing from Wild Seedot or Nuzleaf (Omega Ruby Only)

In Omega Ruby, an alternative method to obtain Power Herbs is by taking them as held items. This involves getting it from wild Seedot or Nuzleaf.

  • Seedot can be spotted on Route 102, located west of Oldale Town.
  • Nuzleaf can be found on Route 114, which is west of Fallarbor Town.

On both of these routes, Seedot and Nuzleaf can be found in any patch of tall grass.

Uses

The Power Herb is a consumable held item that allows the holder to instantly execute a move that usually requires a charging turn.

When the Pokémon uses such a move, the Power Herb is consumed.
