In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there are two ways to obtain an Expert Belt.
The first method involves solving the Trick Master’s first puzzle in the Trick House, which is situated on Route 110. Once you’ve successfully navigated the first puzzle, you’ll find the Expert Belt in the prize room.
The second method lets you get multiple Expert Belts at the Battle Maison’s Exchange Service Corner. Each Expert Belt will cost 48 Battle Points (BP).
Method 1: Trick House (First Puzzle)
Located on Route 110, the Trick House is a peculiar house filled with ever-changing puzzles and mazes.
The Expert Belt is an item you can pick up after completing the 1st puzzle in the Trick House.

Method 2: Battle Maison’s BP Shop
The Battle Maison operates similarly to the Battle Tower from previous generations.
In the Exchange Service Corner, the right-hand attendant sells held items used in battles, including the Expert Belt.

The Expert Belt is a held item that boosts the power of super effective moves used by the holder by 20%.
