This page contains the details on how to find and catch the three Forces of Nature Pokémon (Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus).

Note: Thundurus is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire, while Tornadus is exclusive to Omega Ruby.

Location

You will find all three of the Forces of Nature Pokémon in a storm cloud hanging above Fortree City. They all spawn in this location separately, though Landorus requires having the other two in your party first.

Step 1: Fly to Fortree City.

Then while in the city, use the Eon Flute to soar above the city. While soaring, you will spot a dark storm cloud to the northeast.

Step 2: As soon as you get close to the cloud, you will get a message. Select “Yes” to fight the legendary Pokémon.

Note: If you fail to catch a legendary Pokémon on the first try then you can make them respawn by re-defeating the Elite Four.
