This page lists the locations of all Legendary Pokémon in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, excluding the ones that can be obtained in the main story or in the Delta Episode storyline.

The table below includes the location where you can find each Legendary (including time of the day and weekday restrictions, when applicable), the requirements you need to meet for them to spawn, and a screenshot of the location. You can also click each of the Pokémon’s names to visit their Pokedex pages with more in-depth tutorials on where to find them.

  • Azelf: appears from 9 PM to 3:59 AM
  • Mesprit: appears from 4 AM to 7:59 PM
  • Uxie: appears from 8 PM to 8:59 PM
 Have at least three Pokémon with maximum Happiness in your team
  • Cobalion
  • Terrakion
  • Virizion
 Pathless Plain (Mirage Spot near Pacifidlog Town)

  • Cobalion: appears on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
  • Terrakion: appears on Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Virizion: appears on Mondays and Thursdays
 Have at least three Pokémon with maximum EVs (510) in your team
Cresselia Crescent Isle (Mirage Spot near Ever Grande City. Appears at random) None

  • Have Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie in your team (for Dialga/Palkia)

 Trackless Forest (Mirage Spot near Route 104)

  • Entei: from 20 minutes up to 39 minutes past the hour
  • Raikou: up to 19 minutes past the hour
  • Suicune: from 40 minutes up to 59 minutes past the hour
 Have either Ho-Oh or Lugia in your team
Heatran Scorched Slab (Route 120) None
Ho-Oh (OR) Sea Mauville (upper deck, at the edge of the second steel bar to the northeast) Obtain the Clear Bell
Kyurem Gnarled Den (Mirage Spot near Fallarbor Town) Have both Reshiram and Zekrom in your team
Lugia (AS) Sea Mauville (underwater inside the facility. Same spot where you obtained the Tidal Bell) Obtain the Tidal Bell

 Storm cloud above Fortree City (soaring)
  • Have a Castform in your team (for Thundurus/Tornadus)
  • Have both Thundurus and Tornadus in your team (for Landorus)
  • Regice
  • Regigigas
 Island Cave (north side of Route 105)
  • For Regice: Read the braille message on the wall, then stand still for two minutes (for Regice)
  • For Regigigas: Have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in your team. Regice must have a nickname and must be holding an ice-related item
Regirock Desert Ruins (Route 111, south side of the desert) Have a Pokémon with Dig in your team
Registeel Ancient Tomb (southwest side of Route 120) Have a Pokémon with Fly in your team
  • Reshiram (OR)
  • Zekrom (AS)
 Fabled Cave (Mirage Spot near Route 134/northeast of Slateport City) Have at least one level 100 Pokémon in your team
